You can change the "CUSTOM DISCOUNT" text on the checkout page by editing the "Discount Label (Checkout)" setting in you application admin console. Got to "Settings" -&gt; "Language", and you will see the "Discount Label (Checkout)" setting.

Note that this value is always displayed in UPPERCASE and we can not change that.
